Wireless CarPlay routes everything through AAC codec regardless of source - Apple Lossless, Tidal HiFi, hi-res anything all gets transcoded before it hits your speakers. For spotify and navigation: completely irrelevant. For anyone paying for lossless specifically because they want it in the car: wired cable is still the honest answer.
