I'm a lawyer so not giving legal advice, but: Disney+ literally has no mechanism to cancel your account for VPN use. The worst that happens is you get an error screen on that session. They block IP addresses, not accounts. the "account ban" fear circulating in these threads is not grounded in how their enforcement actually works
