The Hz number on the box is almost always the display refresh, not the sensor. 9Hz sensor + 50Hz display means the screen redraws the same old frame. Walking deer at 9Hz is a blur smear, not an animal. If the listing doesn't say "sensor 25Hz" or "50Hz" explicitly, you're reading display spec
