Genuine question nobody asked yet: what's the actual floor situation? Like is it concrete slab with no vapor barrier? Because if so no sensor in the world fixes that, moisture just comes up through. Friend had exact same symptoms - temp swings, wall staining, weirdly muggy - turned out previous owner literally just painted over water damage. Sensor would've just showed you a problem you already knew you had lol
